Ambition

A chance project, a 2-member team, and a dream that wouldn't quit.

It began with a chance project from a local restaurant. The founder of Lilac assembled a 2-member team to help finish the job. The team grew to 4, then 5 — sat at one table, working side by side. To them, it was more than a simple project; it felt like a journey on a smooth-sailing ship into uncharted waters.

Passion

Money ran low. The team chose to wait. Opportunities followed.

When the first project finished, money ran low. The team leader prepared to say goodbye — apologizing he could no longer pay them. But every team member decided to wait. Their motivation was inspiring, and new opportunities began to appear, one after another.

Lilac

Officially established. Five people, then ten, then thirty, then fifty.

Lilac Agency was officially established on October 10, 2018. Beginning as a small team of just five members, we expanded to 10, then 30, then 50 talented individuals across multiple departments. 2019 marked transformations as we secured numerous projects and clients — and our efforts started bearing fruit.

Blight

COVID-19 hit. Bigger competitors fell. We held the line.

In early 2020, when COVID-19 began spreading, the market went downhill and many startups struggled to survive. Most clients canceled their contracts and everything became quiet. We saw bigger competitors fall and others lay off employees. We were afraid Lilac might not make it — but we held our ground.

Day and night, the team kept building. The flower didn't wilt.

Lilac did everything it could to support its team, create a great work environment, and make sure customers were happy. People worked day and night to achieve goals. Even in hard times, Lilac delivered great work and got results — proving it was a strong flower that could survive tough conditions, just like its name suggests.
